Thank you Boy Scout Troop 93!

Boy Scout Troop 93 came out to Ellington Agricultural Center to spend a Saturday building raised beds and helping on the farm. After preparing the lumber perimeter, they filled the bed and planted 600 asparagus plants! Asparagus takes time to grow, so this was truly an investment in the future. They were tremendous workers who labored tirelessly along side their parents to improve our farm. It is through volunteers such as these young men we will be able to feed the hungry.
