Sterling

Sterling is a Cul2vator who graduated in July and has decided to stay on to be a part of our new Phase II training. He’ll be with us until March of 2022 (if we’re lucky!) and continues to bring an upbeat attitude, intelligence, and calming level of patience to the farm. He has worked in a many placed, and the corporate environment was just not fulfilling for him, so he came to Cul2vate looking for more.
