Kenny Spitler

Mr. Spitler serves as a Healthcare Consultant with an emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions for Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Specialty Hospitals, Private Healthcare real estate transactions and Physician Practice acquisitions. Starting in 2016 as an independent advisor the services offered include but are not limited to the following:

  • Certificate of Need support
  • Development services including architectural, mechanical & engineering and contractor selection.

  • Clinical support services provided by experienced R.N.’s are to include Medicare certification, policy and procedures, JACHO or AAAHC credentialing, bylaws and physician credentialing.

  • Outsourcing services for equipment planning, implant support, transcription, supply chain management and GPO selection, revenue cycle management, etc.

Kenny Spitler served as Senior Vice President – Business Development – U.S. Operations for Nueterra. He was responsible for all aspects of Development including acquisitions, De novo projects, joint ventures, & physician syndications for ASC’s and Hospitals. 2011 – 2016

Kenny Spitler served as Chief Development Officer for Interventional Management Services and Senior Vice President of Development for HealthMark Partners. He was responsible for all aspects of Development including acquisitions, De novo projects, joint ventures, & physician syndications. He also oversaw all Marketing, Advertising and Promotional functions for both companies. 2006 – 2011

Mr. Spitler has 35+ years in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Executive Management, and Entrepreneurship in the Medical/Healthcare industry. He has extensive experience with start-up ventures and is considered a strategic juggernaut in launching new initiatives. Kenny’s experiences have included the entrepreneurial work of start-ups and the challenges of growing market share with a 300-million-dollar company. Additionally, he has been intimately involved with implementing strategies that have spawned rapid growth from 25 million to 52 million in two years that led to a public offering and an acquisition plan that catapulted a company into the 100+ million-dollar market. He has been responsible for negotiating, developing and acquiring projects in access of $800 million dollars.

He has been awarded with many accolades for his success which include recognition as a Top Executive to Know in the ASC Industry in Becker’s ASC Review every year since 2007. In December 2009, Mr. Spitler was one of seventeen people selected as Who’s Who in the Ambulatory Surgery Center Industry by SurgiStrategies Magazine. In addition, Kenny has spoken at industry conferences many times and has contributed as an author for several industry magazines.
