Jimmy Hobbs

Jimmy Hobbs is the Director of Farm Operations at Cul2vate. A Tennessee native from Grundy County, Jimmy joined Cul2vate as a Cul2vator in 2018 and, after graduating from the program, joined the staff full-time. Since then, he has become known for his incredible work ethic, compassion for others, and deep passion for farming. Bringing valuable lived-experience and mentorship to those we serve, Jimmy advanced from Farm Manager to Director of Farm Operations. Today, he oversees farm production across Cul2vate’s sites while leading farm staff and Cul2vators with dedication, wisdom, and care. Jimmy is a Father, grandfather, and friend to all.
