Panweichi Kaleopa

Panweichi “Pan” Kaleopa is an Assistant Site Leader at Cul2vate. He came to the organization through the recommendation of fellow staff member Brandon Deberry, who was his roommate at the time. After completing Phases 1 and 2, Pan graduated in 2025 and joined the staff.

One of 18 children, Pan grew up on a farm in Hawaii and went on to play professional soccer after high school. One of his long-term goals is to establish a soccer ministry, combining his passion for the sport with community impact.

When Pan isn’t working hard on the farm, he enjoys playing video games and soccer with his two boys, Lanthany and Jaziah.
