Accountability

Cul2vate is a nonprofit organization, 501(c)(3), whose mission is to feed physical and spiritual hunger.  We are committed to maintaining accountability to our Donors, Volunteers, Staff, Cul2vators and Community.

Cul2vate’s Board of Directors, who are independent volunteers, maintain oversight of operations in accordance with our Bylaws.  These Bylaws include Cul2vate’s Code of Ethics and Whistleblower Policy and Document Retention Policy. 

Cul2vate files an annual report of financial status via the United States Internal Revenue Service Form 990 under the EIN 46-1086070.  Cul2vate’s Form 990 report is available for public review and inspection via the IRS website, or by specific written email request to: info@cul2vate.org
