Jerry Lankford

Jerry Lankford currently serves as a regional director with a publicly traded company, where he focuses on business development and government relations. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee (1999) and his MBA from Vanderbilt University (2007). A cadet in the Army ROTC while at the University of Tennessee, Jerry was commissioned as an infantry officer upon graduation. While in the Army, Jerry completed Ranger School, Airborne School, Air Assault School, and the Infantry Officer’s Basic Course. He served with the 101st Airborne Division as an Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader, Infantry Company Executive Officer, and an Infantry Battalion Staff Officer. Jerry deployed with the 101st during the initial invasion of Iraq in 2003 and completed his military commitment at the end of that year.

Jerry and his wife Lori met in 2001 and married in 2004, and they have been blessed with a daughter and a son, Vivienne and Quin. They have been members at Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee for six years.
